Michael L. Robertson is the CEO of Ajax 13 Inc. Robertson's past ventures include his tenure as Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board at MP3.com. As the mastermind of MP3.com, Robertson established the largest collection of digital music in the world, amassing more than 1 million downloadable MP3 files.

Jan Schwarz is president of Ajax 13 Inc. and CompareSoft Inc. In these roles, he manages both Ajax 13 Inc. and CompareSoft's day-to-day business operations and oversees product development, sales, support and business strategy.

Previously, Schwarz was president and chief executive officer of Market Simple Inc., which provided publishing and franchise related services to San Diego based newspaper publications.

He spent eight years at IBM Corporation working in development, application testing, business strategy and sales. Most recently, he was a sales manager for IBM's Small Business unit, a Western U.S. organization focused on building new business relationships and growing revenue at some of IBM's most important software industry customers.

Schwarz holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario. In 2001, he received an award for top achievement from IBM's Global Sales School, Atlanta.
